Blue Peaks Apartments - Queenstown

The accessibility to the town was excellent, great to walk to various attractions effortlessly.

we had the apartment provided with wheelchair to move around and a view of queenstown plus separate bedroom. it was based in really nice building in a particularly good and incredible location, to the centre of queenstown-walking distance.

It was in a very central location, to waterfront where all the action is.

Convenient access to local attractions and services.

Our check-in process was very frustrating and poorly managed. Initially, we were told our apartment wasn't ready even after waiting an extended period. The noise from the street hampered sleep quality, and the underground parking felt uncomfortably tight.

Generally good service with parking in basement. Location near the centre of town which is an easy 10 minute walk through the park as well as walking distance to city centre.

The location was excellent-just a short 10-minute walk into town. I appreciated the spacious, clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, made it easy to prepare meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Need updating in some areas.

Roomy, modern and well appointed. Excellent location- five minute walk to cafes etc

You need to clearly request a Lakeview room. Also parking on upper level can be tricky if you have larger 4 wheel drive vehicles eg Kluger or Landcruiser. If so request a unit on lower Coronation Ave entry.

The two-bedroom apartment was just okay, though I really expected more for the price. Locks woudl ve been better as keycards rather than physical keys. The front door was a real challenge to close-absolutley unacceptable. On top of all that, a complimentary snack would've been a grewt start to my stay, but of course, that was too much to ask.

Our apartment was very modern and spacious with a lovely big deck and a beautiful view looking up to the mountains where the gondola is. Everything we needed, and more, was there in the apartment for us, including a full range of Sky TV so we could watch news from our country, lots of movies, etc. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants comfort, location, scenery, bright rooms and more.

Really close to the centre of town and overall a really enjoyable stay. We are planning to make this an annual trip and a lot of that has to do with the accommodation being so convenient.

Good sized bedrooms

The Apartment is located close enough to the town to be convenient but far enough away so that we weren't bothered by noise. The rooms were a good size and the inclusions were fantastic (kitchen, laundry, appliances etc).

The luggage storage was inadequate. The key was given out to guests who could have taken any body else's luggage without anyone knowing. When we went to collect our luggage on the first day, the door was already open as other guests had taken the key to get their luggage and were standing outside the room with it unlocked. As a result of this, we didn't feel safe leaving our luggage there on the day we checked out and as we were not able to get a late check out we had to go straight to the airport at 10.00 when we didn't fly out until after 4.00. Unfortunately, this would be enough for us to not recommend the Apartment to others which is a shame as it was a fantastic place other than that.

The staff was excellent, the room was beautifully maintained and good sized with excellent views. A lounge area, coffee, and a couch were available here too.
